T-Bone’s offers single and multi-unit development franchises. In order to qualify for multi-unit and area development franchises, a franchise prospect must be able to demonstrate previous management responsibilities as well as have the financial resources necessary to develop a market. Single unit franchises may qualify for an additional location once their T-Bone's unit has operated successfully.
The royalty fee is 2% of monthly gross sales and the promotion and development and advertising fee is 2.5%. The fee will be used for promotion including regional advertising, public relations, marketing, market research, customer analysis and testing, product and system research and development, promotion consulting, and for other direct and indirect support of franchises and development of the T-Bone's system as a whole.
T-Bone's does not offer financing. However, we will make information available to you about lenders and finance companies who, depending on your personal financial statement and credit history, may offer financing directly to you.
Franchises pay royalties for the use of the T-Bone's Brand, Operating systems and ongoing support. The franchisee and the franchisor work together to build the brand.
T-Bone's units vary in size and most often are 1500-2000 square feet.
Usually new franchises can expect to open their first store in 90 days.
Complete the “REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION” form and either fax or email it to T-Bone's franchising headquarters in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. After this document is reviewed, we may call you to schedule an “Information Day” where you will spend the day with team members from our licensing, marketing, operations and training departments. We will take you to one of our corporate stores to get a behind-the-scenes look at our operation.
